We are taking preventive measures for the safety of our clients and staff and to help contain the covid -19 virus.
We are open but as of March 23, 2020, the hospital will be accessible to staff and pets/patients only. We are asking clients not to enter the clinic.
We will be communicating with clients by telephone and you will be assisted by one of our receptionists, animal health technicians or veterinarians. All payments will be taken over the phone by credit card.
For clients who have an appointment:
When you drive into our parking lot, please remain in your car. Call the hospital and a staff member will coordinate your pet’s entry into the clinic. Bring your pet to the front door of the clinic where a staff member will accept him or her into the waiting area. Please return to your car immediately. All communications will be by telephone so please keep your mobile phone line open.
***Please ensure the safety of your pet’s transfer from the car to the clinic. All cats, and where possible small dogs, are to be inside a secure carrier. Larger dogs must be leashed with either a harness or a retracting neck collar that your dog cannot slip out of. A second leash may be placed by a staff member for added security. ***
For clients who need to pick up medication or food:
Call ahead to order your product and payment will be taken over the phone. When you arrive to the clinic, please remain in your car. Call the hospital and a staff member will place your purchase outside the clinic or deliver to your car.
Please wash your hands before and after your trip to the clinic. Do not touch your face. Maintain a 2 meter distance from others. Masks are required. Hand sanitizing station available.
If you are feeling unwell or have recently traveled then please refrain from coming to the clinic. Call us for further instructions as alternate arrangements can be made.
Clinic hours, staff and appointment availability have been reduced or limited. We appreciate your understanding.
